About Instructor

Master Segarra is a 8th Degree Black Belt. He started training in 1977 and was on the 1989 and 1995 U.S.A team in Seoul Korea. He has authored several books and has been featured in various Martial Arts Magazines. He is a world renown and respected authority and one of the highest rank Americans in the Korean Martial Arts.
