Life is all about Balance. There are three parts and eight key areas in the life of a Martial Artist that we must keep in balance.
1) Mind 2) Body & 3) Spirit. These are divided into eight key area's you will find below. As you work on these area's daily click the corresponding button for that habit to log it under and get credit for that day. Earn points that will unlock achievements. The more you practice your good personal habits the more rewards you unlock.
When you earn enough points you will get your belt stripe.

There are three Belt Stripes: Mind, Body and Spirit.
